Remember, tomorrow night's episode of "Glee", called "Wheels" features Kurt (Chris Colfer) and Rachel (Lea Michele) singing "Defying Gravity". The song (and both of their solo versions) are avaliable for purchase on iTunes.
Though I doubt if it will happen now due to the success of "Glee", wouldn't it be wonderful to see Lea Michele play Elphaba?
